Donal Sue Browning

Real Estate Appraiser/Owner

Donal has been involved in the appraisal of real estate since 1992 and is a Missouri Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, obtaining her certification in February of 1995. 

From February, 1992 to June, 2004,  she have worked as a General Appraiser Associate for Dockins Valuation Company completing appraisals on various property types, including single family, multi-family, offices, commercial and industrial properties.

In June of 2004, Donal founded her own appraisal company, Ferguson Appraisal Company and continued to serve the Cape Girardeau regional area.  In the fall of 2012, Donal chose to rename the company Anchor Appraisal Service.

Donal is passionate about her family, her faith and her work.  She is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Cape in 2007.
